From luxury executive gifts and bespoke calendars to eco-friendly giveaways and branded stationery, the business is known for its outstanding customer service, innovative approach, and strong supplier partnerships.The RoleThis is a varied and rewarding position supporting both the sales and marketing functions, combining administrative excellence, customer service, and creative input.Key responsibilities include:Responding promptly to customer enquiries and preparing accurate quotationsProcessing orders, liaising with suppliers, and sending proofs and artwork for approvalMonitoring orders in progress and ensuring timely deliveryPreparing and scheduling email campaigns and LinkedIn posts in coordination with the sales teamAssisting in the creation of digital marketing materials and monitoring website trafficMaintaining and updating the customer database and CRM systemCollaborating with designers and suppliers to produce engaging proof visuals and marketing assetsPerformance objectives:Success will be measured through timely follow-up on sales leads, the effectiveness of marketing activities, and your contribution to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and administrative abilitiesConfidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAn interest in marketing, branding, or promotional productsA flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learnExperience in sales administration, marketing support, or a similar role would be an advantage, but enthusiasm and initiative are equally valued.
