🌟 Join Our Team at QJ Quartz Stone (Pvt) Ltd!Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant ManagerLocation: Mount Lavinia (Head Office)QJ Quartz Stone (Pvt) Ltd — Sri Lanka’s leading manufacturer and exporter of engineered quartz slabs — is expanding its local and international operations and is seeking a motivated, energetic, and tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture key customer accounts while developing strong, long-term client relationships. • Meet with existing and potential customers on a regular basis to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships. • Support the Sales & Marketing Head in achieving sales targets, coordinating export and local orders, and driving brand visibility. • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and promotional materials. • Oversee and update marketing content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. • Maintain sales data, performance reports, and CRM records with accuracy. • Coordinate with factory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution.Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or key account management (manufacturing or export sector preferred). • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Sinhala/Tamil proficiency is an advantage. • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.). • Knowledge or experience with AI tools and digital marketing automation will be a significant advantage. • A proactive, results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Why Join UsAt QJ Quartz Stone, you’ll be part of a global brand that’s redefining Sri Lanka’s manufacturing and export landscape.
