Job DescriptionThe Sales and Marketing Executive (Education) role is responsible for driving student enrollment and school/partner acquisition through targeted outreach, persuasive communication, and data-driven campaigns. The specialist will lead end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding) and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and convert them into enrollments for IELTS, TOEFL, SAT,and other programs.Responsibilities:Identify and qualify leads from schools, universities, communities, and digital channels.Conduct school visits, presentations, and roadshows; manage booths/events to capture sign-ups.Build and maintain relationships with principals, counselors, teachers, and parent communities.Deliver persuasive product pitches (offline/online), handle objections, and close deals.Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, email, IG, TikTok, ads) with clear CTAs.Manage CRM: track pipelines, follow-ups, conversions, and campaign performance.Coordinate with Academic & Operations teams on scheduling, pricing, and program packaging.Prepare proposals, MoUs, price lists, and post-event reports with ROI analysis.Achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs: leads, meetings, proposals sent, closures, and revenue.Represent the institution professionally in school visits, fairs, webinars, and partnerships.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.1–3 years of proven experience in education sales/marketing or B2B/B2C sales.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable with field work, school touring, and event activation.Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM, Canva/Slides).Clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English; persuasive writing & speaking.Target-driven, disciplined with follow-ups, and data-oriented in decision making.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with schools/universities, agencies, or study-abroad programs.Familiarity with IELTS/TOEFL/SAT products and scholarship-prep offerings.Basic design/copywriting skills for social posts, brochures, and landing pages.Driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel across provinces.Personal Attributes:Energetic, personable, and confident on stage and on camera.Organized, proactive, resilient under targets, and solution-oriented.Customer-centric mindset with high integrity and professionalism.Collaborative team player, open to feedback and continuous improvement.📩 Apply by sending your CV and cover letter to: hrd@magentalanguage.com
