Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing strategies to generate sales, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. This role involves customer engagement, market research, sales execution, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services or products.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSalesDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.Generate leads, conduct client prospecting, and establish new business opportunities.Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.Monitor sales performance and provide regular sales reports to management.Administrative & CoordinationCoordinate with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and marketing assets.Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.Preferably with at least 12 years of experience in sales or marketing.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in social media management.Ability to work independently and with a team.Result-oriented, creative, and willing to travel or fieldwork when required.
