Job Description

Collaborate with the Sector Manager and senior sales staff to achieve annual sales targets through strategic planning and daily customer engagement.Meet or exceed daily sales call quotas and assist with servicing existing accounts, including technical product application and troubleshooting.Identify new opportunities within current customer accounts and help develop sales plans.Gradually take on full sales and service responsibilities within an assigned territory.Monitor market activity, customer needs, pricing, and competitor behavior, and report findings regularly.Maintain accurate reports such as sales pyramids, WIPs, and WARs, and submit required documentation including expense reports.Demonstrate safe driving practices and proper maintenance of company vehicle and equipment.Adhere to Responsible Care principles and uphold company standards during all business activities. Bachelors degree in science or engineering or any technical specialtyDemonstrates ability and enthusiasm for sellingProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordEnthusiastic about fieldwork Excellent communication skillsMust complete the Chemlux Sales Training ProgramMinimum of 2 years of sales experienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in the Chemical Industry
