Job Description

Will be responsible for overseeing all areas and aspects of the Amazon Code of Conduct (COC) process, by ensuring employees do not violate greater than 6 consecutive days, Greater than 60 hours per week, greater than 12 hours per day. Individuals will collaborate with the operations team to drive and deliver compliance on a day-to-day basis.Responsibilities Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel Knowledge of Code of Conduct Policy Strong communication skills Flexibility to work assigned schedule as part of a team.QualificationsIdentify agents who are close to violating the work hours requirements and flag them to relevant site leaders. Check and validate agents schedule and schedule adherence. Send interval reports to the various regions and operations teamregarding COC prevention updates. Follow up with the operations teams on the reports shared daily toensure compliance to proposed changes to schedules. Assisting with login out agents who are at risk of violating COC hoursbreach. Calibration with various departments to validate data regarding COCand reports. Assist with team and relationship building across regions anddepartments
