We collaborate closely with support teams to ensure flawless content delivery and optimization across the Knowledge Base, Help Center & LMS. Our team strives to set world-class standards in content management.We’re looking for a highly organised, insightful project leader to support pivotal initiatives across content strategy and knowledge management within Salesforce.In this role, you’ll bring structure to complex projects and use data to guide smart, impactful content decisions. If you’re equal parts planner and strategist — and excited to shape how we connect with our specialists and customers — we want to hear from you!What You Will DoProject & Program ManagementOwn end-to-end management of content projects and initiatives — from scoping and kickoff through to content creation and post-mortem.Create and maintain timelines, task assignments, and deliverables in Jira/Confluence.Identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks; provide updates to stakeholders.Lead cross-functional meetings to keep projects aligned and on track.Workflow & Process OptimizationDesign, document, and improve content workflows.Coordinate with writers, designers, training, product, and engineering teams to streamline handoffs, reviews, and publishing.Implement SLAs, templates, and content intake processes to boost efficiency.Systems & Tools ManagementSupport the administration and optimisation of Salesforce CMS, Jira ticket management, & Confluence documentation.Partner with subject-matter experts including engineering, product, operations and data teams to integrate and maintain content solutions and communications.Advanced experience with HTML, Salesforce, Contentful, Confluence, Jira, and Google Suite required.Governance & Quality ControlEnsure content meets brand, style, SEO, accessibility, and compliance standards.Maintain metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, and version control.Support audits and cleanup initiatives for organized, efficient ecosystems.Content Lifecycle & Asset ManagementOversee content inventory to keep assets current, stored, and accessible.Lead archiving, refresh, and sunsetting as part of lifecycle management.Enable content reuse and re-purposing across channels and regions.Analytics, Reporting & OptimizationDevelop dashboards and reports on important metrics: production volume, publishing velocity, turnaround, engagement, and content health.Analyze workflows and performance to uncover customer/specialists trends and content opportunities.Collaborate with analytics/marketing/product teams to measure return on investment and drive improvements.Content Strategy Execution SupportTranslate strategic content goals into executable plans and workflows.Help prioritize initiatives by strategic value and business needs.Provide insights on content types and formats to guide focus and improvements.Your QualificationAt VistaPrint, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
