Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in the Lahore District. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads. The role also involves managing day-to-day sales activities, conducting training for the team, and working collaboratively with other departments to drive the company's growth. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.Proven experience in sales and sales management with the ability to meet targets and drive growth.Demonstrated expertise in training and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance goals.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Experience within the real estate or construction industry is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
