Our team combines creativity, data-driven insight, and technical expertise to deliver seamless online shopping experiences that drive real business results.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales & Marketing Specialist located in Kota Bogor.The role focuses on supporting e-commerce clients and helping the agency grow its portfolio through lead management, client communication, and campaign execution. You’ll assist in preparing proposals, following up leads, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to both digital marketing and sales activities.This position suits someone with experience in e-commerce or digital marketing who enjoys a dynamic environment and understands how agencies collaborate with brands to scale their online business.QualificationsExperience in sales or marketing within an e-commerce or digital agency environmentStrong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate across teamsGood understanding of digital marketing concepts (Shopify experience is a plus)Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with deadlinesTeam player with analytical and problem-solving mindsetBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldFluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantagePreferred domicile: Bogor City or surrounding areasCompensationSalary range: IDR 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 per month (depending on experience)Lunch catering providedOn-site work at Expatify Office, Kota Bogor
