Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Nadi. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, training sales staff, and participating in key marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage sales performance.Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients.Experience in delivering Training to develop and mentor sales teams.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage.
