Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surabaya, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and supporting sales team management. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and understand their needs.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets and support the sales team.Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance team performance and equip clients with necessary product knowledge.Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and understanding market trends is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
