About The JobThis role will support the Canadian business in several different functions including sales, finance and administration. Responsibilities will include working closely with Sales to provide Supply Chain updates to Demand Planning in the US, managing all administrative Sales tasks and coordinating office operations, providing basic backup for Finance as well as providing customer-related background for business-making decisions.Job ResponsibilitiesNote: These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties.Assist with product launches, including populating Product Information Forms (PIFs), Innomar set-up forms, and customer set-up formsEnsure accuracy of product specifications provided by Production and help coordinate product photographyDevelop sales aids and materials for new products and promotionsManage and coordinate Amazon.ca Seller Central account, monitoring product listings and account healthTrack and report sales performance for new launches and promotional programsManage product listings and ensure the timely submission of Retail and Hospital RFPsUpdate and distribute price lists to customersMonitor inventory levels at Innomar and collaborate with the US Demand Planning Team for inventory forecasting and planningAnalyze and assess supply shortages, applying allocations to minimize MCS penaltiesPost all Glenmark shortages on the Health Canada Drug Shortages website and track related updatesManage GS1 Canada account and oversee related initiatives to ensure compliance Partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to manage trade shows and promotional budgetsCoordinate profitability assessments for new listings, programs, and RFPs with Sales and FinanceReview and update sales forecasts monthly with the Director of Sales and MarketingReview and assess product launches and promotional sales programs with the Director of Sales and MarketingMaintain and regularly update existing business cases for ongoing in-house and BD opportunitiesBuild ad-hoc business cases to evaluate new opportunitiesUse market data (ex. IQVIA) to provide data-driven recommendations for business decisionsPrepare and process claims, invoices, and other paperwork for Sales & MarketingLead special projects on an as needed basisUndertake process improvements to streamline operations across departmentsQualificationsEducationUniversity Degree (Business or Science Degree Preferred)ExperienceSome knowledge and experience in Canadian Pharmaceutical market preferredProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing several projectsKnowledge And SkillsStrong written and verbal skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and tasks at the same time with a positive attitudeFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and WordSome knowledge and experience in Sales (Pharmaceutical preferred)Ability to travel and at times work outside of traditional business hoursFrench-speaker (fluent or conversational) preferredPhysical Demands And AbilitiesThe incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an officeIncumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.The incumbent is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 poundsCompensation And BenefitsSalary Range - $60,000 – 73,000 CADThe compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits.
