We’re a small, high-performance team that moves fast, thinks strategically, and values ownership, precision, and results.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Sales & Operations Supervisor to take full ownership of Nexus Finance’s daily operations and keep our sales engine running at peak efficiency.This is a hybrid role based in Montréal, you’ll work closely with the founder and sales team to organize, optimize, and scale our systems as the firm continues to grow.You’ll act as the central hub between our closers, admin, lenders, and marketing — ensuring every deal, process, and metric is moving in sync.Key ResponsibilitiesSales OperationsOversee the sales floor: monitor deals, maintain CRM accuracy, and enforce process compliance.Lead daily or weekly team huddles to review KPIs, wins, and challenges.Track performance metrics and produce weekly and monthly reports.Maintain accountability across the sales team for follow-ups, submissions, and documentation.Deal Submissions & Lender CommunicationReceive completed files from sales reps and submit them via the shared inbox.Communicate directly with lenders to track offers, approvals, and fundings.Ensure all deals are packaged properly and move quickly through underwriting.Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations with speed and professionalism.Billing & CollectionsProcess client paymentsCoordinate with the Admin for A/R reports, invoicing accuracy, and tracking of commissions and renewals.Systemization & Process BuildingCreate and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for internal workflows — sales, submissions, renewals, billing, and lead recycling.Build and manage a training library (scripts, templates, onboarding docs, best-call recordings).Identify bottlenecks and design operational improvements or automations.Growth & Revenue SupportManage and grow referral-partner relationships — onboard new partners, track performance, and maintain engagement.Oversee lead-recycling and renewal campaigns to revive inactive or past clients.Collect client feedback and reviews to strengthen the firm’s reputation.Plan small contests and initiatives to maintain team morale and energy.Who You AreExperience in business lending, alternative finance, or MCA operations (required).Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.Excellent communicator who can lead both people and processes confidently.Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.Leadership mindset — you take ownership and drive progress.Based in Montréal, with the ability to work in-office part of the week.CompensationBase salary: $4,000 – $5,000 / month (based on experience)Performance bonuses: based on company revenue and project milestones (SOPs, referral partners, renewals, etc.)Full-time, hybrid position — in-office collaboration with partial remote flexibility.Why Join Nexus FinanceOperate in a fast, entrepreneurial environment where your work directly impacts growth.Direct line to leadership — quick decisions, no red tape.Build systems, people, and processes in a high-velocity funding firm positioned for national scale.
