Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Application Specialist - IVD to join ARTAT One Health (a Healthcare & Life Science Solutions provider). The role involves overseeing all sales and application activities in the assigned segment, ensuring the quality and consistency of product and service delivery, and meeting sales targets.Target & Strategy roles:1- Achieve the established sales target for each business line by prospecting, presenting, and selling the company's products and services to existing and potential clients in the assigned area.2- Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales funnel, customer relationship management (CRM), and market information system (MIS), through updating the competitors’ data files with the latest information.3- Coordinate with the main staff to complete the necessary steps for closing sales.4- Complete utilization of the company's internal systems for quotations, sales funnel management, stock monitoring, and data updates.5- Create and drive new business opportunities by visiting customers regularly.6- Together with the Sales & Marketing team, conduct seminars/exhibitions and increase MS.Skills & Capabilities: The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies: 1- Focus on results and the customer. 2- Flexibility, reliability, adaptability to changes, and anticipation. 3- Self-control, discipline, and monitoring of guidelines. 4- Listen and communicate clearly, assertiveness. 5- Team and individual work capability. 6- Market and product knowledge. 7- Sales and influence skills. 8- Establishes relations with customers based on trust and confidence. 9- Self-training capacity.  Customer Focus:1- Identify and resolve client concerns and issues.2- Establish and maintain good relationships with current and potential clients.3- Provide the best-in-class solutions and quality for the customers.4- Through consulting, enhance customer satisfaction and increase our competitive advantage while building trust and relationships with customers through the sales and marketing team.5- Develop relationships with key customers helping them understand how to use the products in different settings for different purposes. Utilize resources:1- Utilize resources and cross-functional/ regional contacts.2- Involve and support commercial partner team members to achieve mutual company goals and objectives. 3- Meet expense budget guidelines.4- Utilize communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units and commercial partners.Qualifications:1- Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Science, a Laboratory-related field.2- A master's degree is a plus.3- Minimum 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record in both IVD (in Saudi Arabia is essential).4- Knowledge of relevant markets, both Life Sciences and IVD, molecular biological topics, and products.5- Excellent communication skills at all levels6- Fluency in English & Arabic is essentialTravel requirements: 1- Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Regions (More Than 70%)
