Sales — Architect of growth and new marketsThis person doesn't just sell — he builds a system for penetrating complex markets where others see only barriers.An experienced strategist and negotiator, combining engineering thinking with commercial acumen.He knows how to open doors to customers in the US, Canada, and Western Europe, speak their business language, and find solutions that really impact revenue.He doesn't work with “warm leads” — he works with uncertainty:he looks for new niches, tests hypotheses, tests segments, and turns complex technical capabilities into understandable business results.He has dozens of deals under his belt in custom software development, R&D, and enterprise solutions, where it's not speed of response that's valued, but depth of understanding and the ability to turn complexity into profit.Key expertise:-Sales of enterprise-level IT solutions and R&D products.-Experience in B2B communications in the US, Canadian, UK, DACH, and Benelux markets.-Development and launch of go-to-market strategies for new directions and niches.-Complex sales cycles: discovery, consultative selling, multi-stakeholder negotiation.-Working with decision makers at the CIO, CTO, Head of Innovation, and Founder levels.-Ability to build a repeatable sales system where results do not depend on luck.
