CF Interiors offers leading interior design selections from modern, traditional and transitional furnishings and accessories to suit any aesthetic, and has become Western Canada's premiere trade resource center.About the Role:As a Sales Assistant, you will serve as the essential right-hand support to our Account Managers, helping ensure seamless day-to-day execution across all client needs. In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Managers, clients, and vendors to prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery schedules. Your strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism will be critical to supporting our team and delivering exceptional service to our clients.Your Skillset:Previous experience in a sales assistant/administrative role, ideally within a high-end furniture or luxury goods environment.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using sales and order management software.A customer-centric approach with a professional and polished demeanor.Responsibilities:Generate and Manage Quotes: Support the Account Managers by preparing accurate, detailed, and timely price quotes for clients, ensuring all required information is captured.Process Orders: Partner closely with Account Managers to enter, track, and manage customer orders, maintaining accuracy and keeping both the team and clients informed throughout the process.Sourcing Products: Assist Account Managers by sourcing and ordering custom furniture pieces, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to meet client specifications and timelines. Provide showroom support to customers with product samples and general product knowledge when the Account Manager is unavailable.Customer Communication: Serve as an extension of the Account Managers by delivering regular updates to clients about their orders, timelines, and any changes, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.Benefits:Extended Medical + Dental coverageRSP matching contributionsEmployee discountCompensation:$48,000 - $52,000 + quarterly bonus based on experience
