Job Description:Coordinate communication between the company and customers, suppliers, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs clearance requirements.Process customer orders, manage sales contracts, coordinate communication between the company and customers, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.Assist the sales team in organizing and updating customer profiles, maintaining customer and procurement data, and organizing sales and import documents.Summarize and report sales data, and support the sales manager's daily work.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.Job Requirements:Fluent in Indonesian, with preference given to those who can speak English and Chinese.College diploma or above, no major required.Candidates with experience in sales, import/export, logistics, or customer service will be given priority; candidates with experience in office software (e.g., ERP) will also be given priority.Meticulous and conscientious work, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.Work Hours:9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, two days off a week.Workplace Type:On-siteCompany website link is: https://www.ydchem.cn/
