With international certifications including GDP and CEIV Pharma, they are committed to delivering safe, competitive, and innovative logistics services across Southeast Asia and the global market.Job RoleThe Sales Assistant Manager – Heavy Equipment is responsible for developing, acquiring, and managing customers within the mining, construction, and heavy equipment industries. This is a direct sales and business development role that focuses on selling end-to-end logistics and project cargo solutions, expanding LX Pantos’s market share, and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial and technical understanding of logistics operations related to heavy machinery movement, including oversized shipments, import/export coordination, and specialized transportation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new B2B clients in the heavy equipment, construction, and mining sectors.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote LX Pantos’s logistics services.Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations tailored to client needs, ensuring competitive pricing.Coordinate with operations, project logistics, and pricing teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.Report accurate sales forecasts, customer feedback, and business trends to management.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.Minimum 3 years of experience handling heavy equipment or industrial clients.Industry Expertise:Strong understanding of project logistics, oversized cargo, transportation, and supply chain coordination.Familiar with logistics requirements for mining and construction industries.Language Skills: English with strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional Qualities:Smart, proactive, and target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation skills.Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and customer relationship management.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.Job Code: #471
