You will work at Bahnhofstrasse. It’s more than a Sales Associate role, it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity to build and retain a loyal customer base by offering a superior customer service and experience.Your contribution:You will act as a Breitling brand Ambassador responding and resolving customer concerns in a professional and empathic mannerYou will ensure boutique standards are consistently maintained with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearanceYou will capture meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and to personalize future opportunitiesYou will attend ad-hoc client and company eventsYou will extend product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainingsYou will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitorsYou will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirementsYou will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelinesYou will maintain back of house stock storage organizationDo you think there is even more to discover in this role?
