Daily responsibilities include reaching out to both invertors and investees, creating financial models and preparing presentations for stakeholders, assessing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset and ready to take the lead and responsibility from day one, as the role involves the whole business development and M&A process from origination to close; from reading the financials to working closely with clients and partners to align objectives with strategic goals.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess data, evaluate financial trends, and support decision-making.Expertise in Finance, including knowledge of financial structures, corporate finance, and market insights.Hands-on experience with Due Diligence and Valuation processes within M&A transactions.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Advantageable qualifications Previous experience in Sales, Business Development or M&A experience is a plus.English and any other European language is required.What we offerKnowledge and exposure to transactions in a high growth sector.Huge career growth opportunity and exposure to the whole business development and M&A process.Base salary with high performance-based incentives.
