We collaborate with ambitious startups, tech companies, and bold brands to push creative boundaries and deliver real impact.We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Specialist who can drive growth, build relationships, and close meaningful deals. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and shaping how Imagine Odyssey grows as an emerging creative force in the region.What You’ll DoIdentify and generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound channelsManage the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing dealsBuild and maintain strong relationships with startups, tech companies, and digital brandsDevelop tailored proposals and confidently pitch our services (UI/UX, branding, websites, motion, and more)Track and report key metrics: pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue targetsCollaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, service packaging, and growth planningSupport marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand visibilityOversee agency presence on LinkedIn and other digital platformsCreate sales-driven assets like case studies, decks, and email campaignsAnalyze performance data to optimize sales and marketing effortsYou Might Be a Fit If YouHave 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in an agency, tech, or startupenvironmentUnderstand the landscape of creative and digital services (design, branding, marketing, or web development)Are confident, proactive, and skilled at building new relationships—both cold and warmCommunicate clearly and professionally in English and Bahasa IndonesiaThrive in a fast-moving, creative environment with room for autonomy and experimentationAre goal-oriented and enjoy turning conversations into long-term partnershipsNice-to-HavesPrior experience selling agency or creative servicesExisting network or client connections in the tech or startup ecosystemFamiliarity with CRM tools, sales automation, or digital marketing analytics
