Sales & Business Development Manager – CyberSnap.io (Israel)About the Company: CyberSnap.io is an innovative Israeli cybersecurity company specializing in detecting hidden risks and identifying ransomware attacks through advanced Snapshot Analysis technology.Our on-premise solution enables organizations to detect threats to their storage systems in real time, improve their preparedness for cyberattacks, and ensure a full and rapid recovery – all without collecting customer data.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our leadership team and take ownership of our business relationships with integrators, resellers, and strategic customers in Israel.This role includes full responsibility for end-to-end sales processes, developing new partnerships, managing customer relationships, and leading business and marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives.Main Responsibilities:Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with integrators, business partners, and existing clients.Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in Israel.Lead complex B2B sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.Prepare price quotations, contracts, and responses to tenders.Develop and create marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, pricing sheets, and product pages.Lead strategic business development initiatives in the Cyber Security market.Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the technology and marketing teams.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Systems (preferred).At least 10 years of experience in sales to integrators and end customers within the Israeli cybersecurity market, including private, government, and defense sectors.Proven experience in managing complex B2B sales processes.Strong understanding of data center environments, including storage and virtualization – significant advantage.Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment.Deep understanding of the Israeli Cyber Security market, including key players, leading integrators, strategic clients, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills in both English and Hebrew.Strong business orientation, strategic thinking, and high level of self-motivation.Location: Company offices in Israel (hybrid work model).Position Type: Full-time.
