All of this requires a team to help navigate the business to success.The Corporate Strategy team is a small, high-impact team. We develop the insights and business plans required to answer the big strategic questions Payoneer faces. Whether that is designing our approach to new customer segments, evaluating how to maintain high-growth in our emerging businesses, defining our approach for M&As or aligning the organization around one shared and coherent strategy.We are not strategy consultants. While we’re interested in developing high level frameworks, we’re driven by a very nuanced, detailed understanding of our business. We also do what is needed to get the strategy and our initiatives into execution; Anything from working with Product to narrow MVP scopes to collaborating with Sales to sign a 1st client on a new offering.What You'll DoOwn large-scale, high-impact strategic work end to endDevelop insights that drive breakthrough success and business growthLead projects by engaging with senior stakeholders, managing scope, timelines, and processesClearly articulate opportunities and strategic directions to Payoneer’s leadership to align on priorities and resource allocationPartner with the M&A team to support strategic growth initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, GTM, and other internal teams to ensure seamless executionMonitor market trends, competition, and emerging customer needs to identify new opportunities for PayoneerWho You Are6+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms, venture capital, investment banking, or in a strategy/corporate development team within a high-tech companyAbility to combine high-level strategic thinking with a nuanced understanding of users and productsSkilled at looking at problems from novel perspectives and distilling insights that resonate with diverse audiencesStrong understanding of markets, competition, and how to leverage core competencies to build defensible strategiesProven ownership mindset - able to identify key insights and lead cross-functional initiatives to successful executionDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners to solve complex challengesPassionate about technology, with a deep understanding of software and business technology markets, trends, and dynamicsFluent in EnglishB.A./B.Sc. in an analytical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, etc.)The Payoneer Ways of WorkingAct as our customer’s partner on the insideLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further.Do it.
