You don't wait for leads to fall in your lap – you hunt them down, qualify fast, and close faster.If sales is a battlefield, you're a special forces operator – fast, precise, and deadly effective.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesHunt & Close Own your pipeline: Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close deals ($10K–$100K+ retainers)Run full-cycle sales from cold outreach to signed contractsHit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistentlyPipeline Development Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) and inbound channelsQualify leads fast – only chase the ones worth closingCreate your own team of SDRs to maximize pipeline quality and velocityMaster the Process Follow (and improve) proven sales playbooks, scripts, and frameworks set by the Sales DirectorUse CRM religiously – track every interaction, follow-up, and deal stageObsessively optimize your close rate, deal size, and sales cycle lengthBecome a Product Expert Deeply understand our services, case studies, and competitive positioningArticulate value propositions with precision and confidenceHandle objections like a surgeon – smooth, strategic, no hesitationCollaborate & Communicate Work closely with the Sales Director to refine messaging, offers, and targetingShare insights from the field: What objections are coming up?
