Sales & Business Operations Specialist📍 Full-time | Onsite – Maslak, IstanbulRole OverviewAs we expand our sales team, we are looking for a fast-learning, analytical, and agile Sales & Business Operations Specialist who can take full ownership of key operational processes. This role will be responsible for proposal preparation, client coordination, documentation management, contract/protocol follow-up, and cross-functional alignment between internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the preparation and version tracking of proposals and sales presentation materials, ensuring seamless communication with relevant teamsMaintain and update CRM records, ensure timely data entry, and generate regular reportsSupport the follow-up of contract and protocol processes with clients and legal teams; assist sales and account managers as neededManage documentation workflows end-to-end, including signatures, stamp duty, courier dispatch, and legal trackingCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to share client information and coordinate campaign processesVerify contract checkpoints before invoicing for clients with special workflows or custom agreementsTrack sales team responsibilities within internal quality procedures and ensure related documentation is up to datePrepare reports, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Director and senior managementQualificationsNew graduate or preferably 1 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or contract managementStrong attention to detail in managing documentation and legal/commercial processesProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with legal and commercial documentationAbility to work independently in low-structure environments and create documents using previous referencesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both internal and client-facing settingsAdvanced proficiency in EnglishExperience in IT, consulting, or technology-driven companies is a strong plusAgile, analytical, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environmentsIf you're ready to play a key role in building and scaling sales operations, and thrive in taking initiative and creating structure, we'd love to hear from you.For details:Visit: www.innovance.com.trFollow us on LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/innovance-consultancyFollow us on Instagram: www.instagram.com/innovanceconsultancyFollow us on Medium: www.medium.com/innovance-company-blogFollow us on X: https://x.com/Innovance2017
