Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Client Services Executive, located in Colombo. The Sales & Client Services Executive will manage day-to-day client interactions, maintain strong business relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying client needs, resolving issues, building long-term partnerships, and providing strategic consultation to address client goals. The Executive will also track, analyze, and utilize data for informed decision-making and practice improvement. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction to manage and nurture client relationships effectivelyExperience in Business Relationship Management to drive growth and foster partnershipsProficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, provide insights, and develop client-focused solutionsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environment in ColomboPrior experience in sales, account management, or client service roles preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
