Job ProfileThe Sales Consultant will be responsible for winning new business for recruitment services by engaging with new clientsBusiness DevelopmentIdentify new qualified leads using company’s CRM system, social media, job boards, referrals from existing clients and candidates and market intelligence.Convert qualified leads into client through proactive sales calls, meetings and presenting them excellent candidates matching their needs.Keep close contact with existing and potential clients to win new and qualified recruitment opportunities.Manage accounts to nurture them to higher revenue for the companyBuild rapport with key decision makers in the industry to ensure constant flow of business Minimum Requirement Minimum 3 years of B2B services sales experience in the Gulf regionAggressive Sales AttitudeTrack record of success in salesWilling to learn and adapt to fast changing recruitment environmentAdvanced negotiation and persuasion skillsHungry for achievementsGreat control on numbers and targets
