Responsibilities:Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.Follow up on existing customers proposing the trade-in.Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, customer referrals and email communications.Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in the selling process and how to approach customers.Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives.Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made potential and existing customers.Continuously updating all prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.Aggressively following up on business opportunities by define.Requirements:Automotive or Real Estate Background.Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.1 – 3 Years of experience in customer service or sales.Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
