EgyBell is hiring a Sales Manager for a reputable company located in Maadi.Job Purpose: To lead, develop, and execute the Egypt’s sales strategy to achieve business growth, revenue, and market share targets. The Sales Manager will oversee the technical sales team, manage key accounts, and ensure the successful delivery of lighting and architectural solutions to clients. This role combines strategic business development, team leadership, and strong technical-commercial understanding of lighting systems.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement the national sales plan aligned with Archlum’s business objectives and growth targets.2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.3. Identify new business opportunities in architecture, design, contracting, and real estate development sectors.4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, and project developers.5. Supervise and support Technical Sales Engineers in project bidding, pricing, and negotiation stages.6. Ensure high-quality proposals and quotations that meet both technical and commercial requirements.7. Collaborate with marketing and design departments to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.8. Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and potential risks.9. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking.10. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen Archlum’s brand presence in Egypt.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) 8–12 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience in architectural lighting, electrical products, building materials, or construction industries is required.Strong technical understanding of lighting solutions and project-based sales.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Solid business acumen and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.Fluent in English and Arabic.
