Auto Finance Senior Agent

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAchieve the monthly assigned targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships and auto brokers to generate leads.Promote auto finance offerings to customers at partner showrooms and via field visits.Assist customers in selecting appropriate financing plans based on their needs and credit profile.Guide customers through the finance application process, ensuring required documentation is complete.Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan approvals and disbursements.Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and automotive industry developments in Egypt.Minimum Qualifications:University/College DegreeMinimum Experience:2+ years preferably in the financial services industry; or other strong-sales culture industry. Job specific Skills:Good sales skillsAbility to work in a team.Ability to work under pressure Good communication and relationship building skillsKnowledge of auto finance processes and lending regulations in Egypt.Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
