As the largest single-franchised dealership on the Gold Coast, Grand Motors has earned esteemed accolades such as the President's Award for Excellence, the Knights Award, and the Toyota Decade of Dominance Award for achievements in Sales, Service, and Business Management.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Used Car team in this full-time, on-site role. The Sales Consultant will provide exceptional customer service to clients, assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs, conduct demonstrations of high quality vehicles, and guide them through the sales process. Close collaboration with the sales team, effective communication to understand customer requirements, and an ability to meet sales targets are crucial responsibilities of this role.QualificationsExperience in consultative sales and customer relationship managementStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customersOrganizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and sales effectivelyUnderstanding of automotive products, features, and industry trends (preferred but not required)Proficiency in using CRM tools, technology, and sales tracking platformsGoal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targetsValid driver's license requiredPrevious experience in the automotive sales industry is requiredQLD Motor Vehicle Sales License is a must.Full working rights within AustraliaEmail applications to: kathy.morianso@grandmotors.com.au
