We import, install, and construct everything from industry-leading decking and pergolas to artificial sports fields and complex paving projects. We need a Sales Consultant who understands our diverse product line and is ready to drive significant revenue.The Role: Driven Sales Specialist (Cape Town)This is a full-time, high-autonomy, high-commission role for a Sales Consultant focused on the Western Cape market. This role offers little to no basic salary and is structured around a highly competitive commission model. We are looking for self-starters with a proven track record who are motivated by earning potential, not just security.Core Requirements & Focus:• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales and technical specifications within at least one of these sectors: Decking, Artificial Grass, or Paving.• Detailed Quoting: Exceptional precision in measurements, material calculations, and producing complex, detailed client quotations promptly and accurately.• Client Management: Proactive and professional communication. Must be meticulous in follow-ups and maintaining client relationships from lead generation to project sign-off.• Target Achievement: Proven history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.• Self-Motivation: A highly energetic, self-managed approach necessary for success in a commission-based environment.Key Requirements for Strong Candidates• Technical Sales Background: Proven sales track record within the Construction, Landscaping, or Home Improvement sectors.• Design Software Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of CAD or SketchUp is a significant advantage. The ability to create basic visual concepts is highly desirable.• Administrative Detail: Meticulous approach to recording client data, updating CRM systems, and managing project paperwork.
