Ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment?What You'll Do:Drive Sales Excellence: Monitor and boost sales through Professional Partners to hit (and exceed!) targets, while following up on client payments.Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong B2B, B2C, and international customer bonds – handling queries, managing expectations during tricky application delays or rejections, and turning challenges into opportunities.Lead Generation Guru: Source new leads, respond to inquiries, and craft business development strategies to secure fresh sales and partnerships.Collaborate & Innovate: Liaise with sales support, operations, finance, and marketing to keep clients in the loop; organize meetings (virtual or in-person, including international travel); and gather feedback to fuel our growth.Tech-Savvy Operations: Master CRM tools, generate reports, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and dive into training to maximize your impact.Team Player: Attend weekly sales huddles, key appraisals, and regular partner/client check-ins – plus any other duties that keep the momentum going!What We're Looking For:Qualifications: Tertiary degree in a related field (or equivalent industry experience) + proven sales/client engagement track record with a history of exceeding targets.Skills: Full English proficiency (additional languages a bonus!); intermediate MS Office savvy; CRM platform know-how; exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and phone etiquette. Valid driver's license and car required.Experience: Background in customer service, diverse organizations, and tracking KPIs like customer satisfaction. Industry knowledge?
