Job Title: Sales Consultant - SASLocation: Basra - Abi Al KhaseebAbout the Job:The Sales Consultant is responsible for following up, completing, and closing the sales deals, welcoming customers into the showroom, and presenting the SAS image in the best way that maintains the SARDAR corporate image. The Sales Executive is also responsible for handling customers’ questions, and inquiries, and resolving their issues.The Sales Consultant builds good relations with customers and increases SAS's market share by using different sales techniques while providing superior customer service.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget, and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, options, and accessories to effectively showcase their value and benefits to customers.Conduct test drives with customers to highlight the performance, safety features, and driving experience of Toyota vehicles.Provide accurate and transparent pricing information, including financing options, incentives, and promotions, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, while maximizing profitability for the dealership.Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing, leasing, and insurance options for customers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and promote ongoing customer loyalty and retention.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to Toyota vehicles, sharing insights and recommendations with the sales team.Collaborate with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure seamless coordination and support for customers throughout the ownership lifecycle.Required Qualification:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant automotive• Experience: field. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales.• Languages: Proficiency in English• Other skills: Excellent in MS Office. Knowledge of market research. Strong negotiation and selling skills. Excellent communication skills. Preferably, candidates should have experience in customer-facing roles
