As a member of our esteemed team, you’ll be responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You will serve as the Luxury Sales Ambassador of the house ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level. In this role, you will be responsible for building the client relationships within the luxury market, while achieving goals through our company values.Duties & Responsibilities● Achieve and exceed individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results● Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times● Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication● Advise clients across the brands and all product categories● Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster brands loyalty● Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the showroom● Learn and master brands and product knowledge● Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products● Problem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the clientRequirements● Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in luxury retail sales● Sales oriented individual● Excellent verbal/written communication skills● Strong background in all aspects of luxury retail sales● Strong Command of the English Language● Ability to handle multiple tasks.Expected Attitudes & Skills● Commercial mindset● Passion for the brands● Professional attitude● Empathy● Responsibility● Agility willing to adapt to different clients and situations● Respect our standards in terms of grooming and behaviour● Follow the company’s policies and proceduresBenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package and incentives, commensurate with experience.
