About us:Wolfdene is a leading and award winning multi-disciplinary property developer, we collaborate with best in field consultant teams to create great residential communities. Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sales and Contract Administrator to join our team. This role is based in the beautiful Elizabeth Quay at our WA head office. You will be supporting some of our high-profile developments which include Austin Lakes, Yanchep Junction and East Wanneroo - opportunities like this don’t come around often.About the role:Reporting to our General Manager - WA, you will play a critical role in managing all sales and marketing administration, along with providing support to our customers, purchasers and key stakeholders on all contract and settlement administration.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting the Development team with implementing marketing campaigns;Chairing weekly sales meetings and producing meeting minutes;Updating and maintaining pricelists and stock list / plans;Undertaking competitor pricing, sales analysis and generating weekly reports as required;Assisting with contract administration, telephone calls, and responding to queries;Preparing EDMs on new releases, and providing updates on customer construction;Acting as the Builder liaison for exclusive allocations, along with house and land packages;Providing general support to purchasers and their conveyancers;Providing monthly construction updates to customers;Issuing contracts via docusign;Managing and updating of deposit extension requests from vendors solicitor in the CRM;Managing and updating of settlement extension requests in the CRM along with contractual settlement dates;Managing risk ratings for all WA projects;Managing and maintaining up to date estimated settlement dates based upon development forecasts;Working closely with the Wolfdene HQ Customer Service team as required; andOther administrative tasks which include data entry and adhoc administration.About you:The successful candidate will come with:Minimum 3 years’ experience working within sales, marketing or contract administration, ideally within property development or real estate;First-class customer service, communication and organisational skills;A can do attitude;Advanced Microsoft office skills; and Strong problem solving, attention to detail and prioritisation skills will also be critical to your success.The offer: Working at Wolfdene, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture where no two days are ever quite the same!
