Job Purpose:To support business growth by managing sales operations, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from inquiry to closing.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate between clients, sales team, and internal departments for timely follow-ups.Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.Maintain sales reports, track leads, and monitor performance dashboards.Ensure timely communication with clients regarding inquiries and documentation.Support in onboarding new clients and managing existing client relationships.Ensure smooth execution of daily sales operations and resolve coordination issues.Assist management in planning and implementing sales strategies.Required Skills:Good communication & coordination skillsStrong follow-up and reporting abilityBasic knowledge of CRM or ExcelTime management and multitasking skillsCustomer-focused attitudeQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field1–3 years of coordination or client handling experience preferred.
