About The RoleThe Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Department by coordinating daily activities, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining strong communication with sales representatives and agencies within the assigned territory. This role ensures timely and effective responses to service needs, helping to facilitate smooth operations and achieve sales objectives.What You'll Do Oversees communication channels between the company and the sales team, ensuring timely information flow, operational efficiency, and alignment with sales strategies. Engages directly in the training and education initiatives focused on digital media software to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Acts as an intermediary between the company and its sales agents, addressing and resolving service-related matters to strengthen collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinates sales contests and recognition programs to motivate and enhance sales performance. Manage the internal social networks of the Ordinary Sales Department. Assist in the planning and preparation of the annual convention, kickoff and awards activities. Supports the execution of promotional initiatives and ensures the effective distribution of marketing materials. Participates in and coordinates efforts with external partners and TSM Marketing Department in the creation and preparation of promotional and marketing materials for life insurance products, and assists in the planning and execution of related events. Prepares and maintains sales contracting documentation ensuring timely submission, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide ongoing support to independent agencies, fostering strong partnerships and alignment. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll BringBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Organizational Development from a recognized University or College and 1 to 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
