Our goal is to allow employees to work, grow, and innovate without bounds.Role OverviewAs a Sales Team Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of our sales team. Your role is to keep the sales pipeline moving, assist the team with administrative tasks, coordinate between departments, and provide accurate reporting to management.What You’ll DoCoordinate daily sales team activities, schedules, and client follow-ups.Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Pipedrive/Airtable).Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.Act as a point of contact between sales, marketing, and operations.Support onboarding of new clients by ensuring documentation and processes are complete.Track team targets and deadlines, alerting management to bottlenecks.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication in Arabic & English.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and reporting tools.Proactive, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
