As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.Provide administrative support to the sales team, maintaining organizational structure and managing essential informationAct as the first point of contact for the sales department, handling incoming calls and inquiries professionallyCoordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales-related tasksManage and update customer information in the CRM systemPrepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contractsAssist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and eventsMonitor sales targets and contribute to the development of sales strategiesCollaborate with marketing to support lead generation and nurture campaignsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunitiesAssist in the onboarding process for new clientsPerform market research to identify new business opportunitiesSupport the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materialsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with CRM software and data analysis toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solvingTeam player with the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsAdaptability and flexibility in handling changing prioritiesKnowledge of basic sales processes and techniquesPresentation skills and comfort in interacting with clientsFluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
