Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Executive to act as the central link between our international sales team, operations, and clients. This role ensures smooth communication, efficient sales processes, and accurate reporting to maximise the productivity of a 10-member sales team. You will play a key role in supporting sales performance, compliance, and day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination & CommunicationServe as the first point of contact for the international sales team.Coordinate daily between sales, operations, and recruitment teams.Facilitate smooth, timely communication across departments to resolve operational challenges.Sales Operations & ReportingTrack and report on daily/weekly sales activity for BDMs and sales executives.Maintain accurate commission, incentive, and performance records.Keep the CRM updated and ensure client data accuracy.Support planning and strategy discussions for upcoming sales initiatives.Support, Compliance & Administrative ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies, documentation, and operational procedures.Guide and support the sales team in using company tools and systems correctly.Monitor, verify, and reconcile sales-related expenses.Manage expense accounts for each sales team member, ensuring proper approval and documentation.Client & Executive CoordinationCoordinate CEO/client visits, meetings, and schedules with the sales team.Act as a liaison between the Dubai HQ, international sales team, and recruitment teams.Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure seamless sales execution.Continuous ImprovementIdentify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve productivity.Encourage compliance, team organisation, and process efficiency.Skills & QualificationsStrong organisational, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).High attention to detail with strong record-keeping accuracy.Experience with CRM tools and sales operations workflows.Proactive, solution-driven, and able to handle operational challenges independently.Strong financial awareness and accuracy in handling expenses and reporting.
