Role Description The Sales Development Manager will oversee lead generation strategies, manage sales operations, and drive team performance to achieve revenue goals. This full-time, on-site role is located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, guiding the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and fostering client relationships to expand market presence. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and pursue new opportunities effectivelyProficiency in Sales Operations to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiencyDemonstrated expertise in Team Management to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales teamExceptional Communication skills to build and nurture client and stakeholder relationshipsFamiliarity with CRM tools and data analysis is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in similar roles is highly desirable
