You’ll work within a structured, supportive environment, using smart processes and tools to connect with prospects and help them explore solutions.What You’ll DoIn addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:Engage with inbound and marketing-qualified leads to book productive exploratory conversations.Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot) and modern sales tools to track, prioritise, and nurture leads.Focus on high-intent interactions rather than high-volume outreach.Aim for a realistic target of 10–20 meetings booked per month, aligning with industry norms.Collaborate with RevOps to continuously refine outreach cadences, lead quality, and messaging.Report key metrics—such as meetings booked, qualified leads created, and pipeline generated—on a weekly cadence.Use thoughtful, conversational outreach—not cold scripts—to build relationships with prospects. What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you'll need:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong organisational skills.Clear and empathic communication—both verbal and written.Positive, resilient and intrinsically motivated—target-driven, but not at any cost.Adaptability to structured workflows, paired with curiosity and a willingness to learn.A desire to grow within the organisation and possibly move into an AE or sales leadership role in the future.
