This is your chance to be part of something generation-defining.Now we’re expanding our commercial team  and looking for a new generation of SDRs who combine hustle, curiosity, and authenticity.The OpportunityAs a Sales Development Representative at Agaton, you’ll be the engine behind our pipeline. You’ll connect with decision-makers in industries like telecom, finance, and BPO helping them understand how Agaton’s AI can transform their sales results and customer experience.This isn’t traditional cold calling.You’ll use AI-powered prospecting, personalized storytelling, and data-driven outreach to open meaningful conversations with Europe’s leading sales organizations.What You’ll Be Doing Generating qualified opportunities through targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).Researching key accounts and identifying high-value prospects.Crafting personalized messaging that resonates with sales and CX leaders.Leveraging Agaton’s internal AI tools to optimize sequencing and outreach.Collaborating with stakeholders to qualify and hand off strong opportunities.Testing and refining outreach strategies, every week, every campaign.What We’re Looking For Ambitious, proactive, and unafraid to pick up the phone.A natural communicator who can build rapport fast and ask great questions.Curious about AI, technology, and human communication.Structured in your workflow and driven by measurable results.Fluent in Swedish and English, you’ll use both daily.Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or outbound prospecting is a plus (but not required).What We OfferCompetitive base salary + equity — share in what you help build.6 weeks paid vacation — work hard, recharge fully.Wellness & learning budgets — invest in your growth.Modern Stockholm HQThe opportunity to master AI-first sales at one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups.
