*NOTE THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP INTO FULL TIMERole Overview: We’re looking for an ambitious junior sales profile to join our sales Advisory team on a part time basis to own the top of funnel efforts as a ‘Sales Development Representative’ (Junior Advisor).  The successful candidate will own the early stages of our sales funnel, proactively reaching out to new leads and booking in meetings for the sales team.  This is a great opportunity to join and learn from an all start sales team in a high growth environment, launching your career into sales. About Us:August is a full-service, real-estate development company, based in London, United Kingdom, and specialising in luxury holiday home collections across Europe. The company was founded in 2018 and has since grown to be the premier lifestyle holiday home platform.Responsibilities: Actively own the top of funnel pipeline stages as you filter through new leads to ensure they’re communicated with at a high standard of service and book in meetings for the senior sales team, ensuring their calendars are full to hit weekly targets of meetings attended.  Proactively call and email new leads introducing the August concept and handling initial questions, providing an excellent first impression of August Planning your days to maximize call activity, plan follow up calls and ensure leads are reminded to show up to their meetings. Work closely with the Senior Sales Advisors to support the current sales process through lead generation and a high amount of email outreach and warm calling.Record all activity and manage leads to a high level of control of our CRM (Hubspot). Regularly analyse and report on the success of your sales activity. Support the wider sales team to help organize sales tools and content library, ensuring fully up-to-date at all times and always organized. About you:You’re recently graduated / early in your career and hungry to be in a sales environment to learn You have superb interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with prospects. You have a passion for going the extra mile and offering a luxury service and experience. You have experience with account management and CRM tools such as Hubspot. You’re fluent in English (written & verbal)You’re able to commute to our central London office 3 days a week. You’re organised, diligent and hardworking, whilst also being resourceful and taking initiative. Hours and Package:Note this is a part time role with the opportunity to eventually develop into a full time role.
