Position overviewWe're looking for someone who loves talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. If you're naturally curious, enjoy starting conversations, and can turn a "not interested" into a "tell me more", this might be your perfect first step into sales (or your next big move).As an SDR, you'll be the voice of our clients' businesses - reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that turn into real opportunities. You'll work with multiple clients across different industries, learning how different businesses operate and building a skill set that opens doors everywhere.This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time for those who crush it. We work hybrid (office + remote), and we're looking for candidates based in Serbia.🔑 Key responsibilitiesCold calling (this is your bread and butter) - Making high-volume outbound calls and booking discovery calls that turn into dealsDevelop full-cycle outbound programs for multiple clients, building sales engines that are systematic, scalable, and easy to replicateCreate detailed sales playbooks - from cold-outreach scripts and follow-up cadences to objection-handling frameworksLead CRM roll-outs and pipeline architecture to give real-time visibility into lead status and deal progressionProspect and nurture leads and join client meetings to present solutions and qualify opportunitiesCollaborate with creative teams to craft pitch decks and messaging that perfectly reflect each client's voice and value propositionMonitor campaign metrics, keep data impeccably clean, and run iterative A/B tests to lift engagement and conversion ratesDeliver concise monthly reports outlining KPIs, pipeline health, blockers, and data-driven recommendations for improvement🎓 Skills & qualificationsRequired skills:Strong communication skills - you can read people and adjust your approach on the flyFluent English - both written and spokenPeople skills - you're comfortable talking to strangers and enjoy itResilience - rejection doesn't break you, it motivates youCuriosity - you ask good questions and genuinely want to understand people's needsFlexibility - occasionally working different hours to match client time zonesNice to have skills (but we’ll teach you):Any sales or customer service experienceFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Experience working with multiple clients simultaneouslyKnowledge of B2B salesBenefits 💆Competitive salary with performance-based bonusesPart-time schedule that can grow into full-timeHands-on training from experienced sales prosReal career growth potentialFlexible working hours and hybrid setupAnd when at the office...No worries about food, you don't have to do the meal prep on SundayUnlimited coffee, because we love our coffee timePet friendly 🐶About usDreamforge is a go-to-market agency that helps founders scale revenue through systematic approaches.
