// Open to candidates based across Latin America //Fraudio is at a key inflection point: strong product-market pull, clear ICPs, and increasing demand from fintechs and platforms across LATAM and North America. This role sits at the front line of growth in the region, shaping how Fraudio is positioned in the market and driving direct engagement with senior decision-makers.You will report directly to the VP of GTM Americas and work closely with Sales and Marketing to build repeatable outbound motion.The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify and engage with influencers and key decision makers within target accounts.What you’ll do• Own end-to-end outbound prospecting across LATAM (mainly) and North America, with cold calling at the core.• Run high-quality outreach to C-level and senior leaders (CTO, CPO, Head of Risk, COO).• Partner with Marketing to activate campaigns, follow up MQLs, and turn content and events into pipeline.• Handle common objections confidently (false positives, ROI, internal prioritization).• Use data and research to personalize outreach by market, vertical and fraud use case.• Attend industry events and fintech conferences to generate pipeline and build regional presence.• Keep CRM and sequences clean, refining messaging based on real call feedback.• Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified opportunities.Qualifications3+ years of tech sales experience, with strong outbound focus.Proven cold calling mastery with senior stakeholders.Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a strong plus.Fintech experience preferred (payments, risk, fraud, SaaS, infrastructure).Hands-on experience with modern SDR tools such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo and CRM.Proven cold calling mastery with senior stakeholders.English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a strong plus.Strong ability to stay organized and prioritize work.Comfortable engaging C-level tech executives with structure and credibility.Why this is exciting• Help shape Fraudio’s story in the Americas, not just follow a script.• Foundational role with real ownership and visibility from day one.• Direct exposure to enterprise-level conversations in fast-growing fintech markets.• Clear growth path toward AE or strategic sales roles.• Small, ambitious team with real momentum.
