Join us to shape the future of cultural travel.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia with full remote work flexibility. The Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, developing strong relationships with potential clients, closing leads and meeting weekly KPIs. The role includes account management and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and company growth.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pitch to local partners and vendors across MalaysiaConduct product walkthroughs and close deals to meet KPIsManage the onboarding process for new hosts including experience and product listing setupMaintain partner relationships and provide light account supportPrepare simple reports or complete administrative tasks assigned by the CEOQualificationsMust be based in Kuala LumpurMust be fluent in Mandarin and EnglishSkills in B2B Business Development and Lead GenerationExperience in the travel platform or cultural tourism industry is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable with flexible work hoursComfortable with startup work culture and remote team collaborationMust have a valid Malaysian driver’s license and own a vehicleCompensation and BenefitsBase salary starts from MYR 3,000 with commission-based incentives, offering total earning potential of up to MYR 6,000 or moreTransportation allowanceMonthly medical support reimbursementFlexible working hours and full remote workDirect access to co-founders and early-stage startup exposureReal growth opportunities in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia
