Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join ourgrowing sales team. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying andqualifying high-quality leads for our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled inresearch, outbound communication, and lead nurturing, with a strong interest in the public sector andGovTech space.Key Responsibilities:• Research and identify potential clients in government-related sectors• Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the business development team• Accurately maintain lead information in Salesforce CRM• Schedule and deliver product demonstrations for prospective clients• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on referrals and past contacts• Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and achievement of monthly goalsQualifications:• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)• Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently• Interest in justice, law enforcement, or government technology is a plusPreferred:• Experience with GovTech, SaaS, or legal/public safety sectors• Familiarity with electronic monitoring, GPS tracking or similar solutions• Prior work in or with law enforcement, courts, or community supervisionBenefits:• Paid Time Off & Holidays• Medical Insurance• Dental/vision Insurance• 401(k) Plan• Flexible Spending Accounts (available with some plans)• Company paid Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term disability• Additional Insurance Plans available• Employee Discount Program• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
