Sales Development Representative – IT Services (Night Shift)

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looing for a " Sales Development Representative – IT Services " ( Night Shift ) for our leading.Salary Bracket : 60k to 80kTiming : 05:30 PM to 02:30 AMLocation: Lahore As an SDR for IT Services, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients needing digital transformation, managed IT, cloud, or custom software solutions. You will initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and book appointments for senior sales executives.Responsibilities & Tasks 1. Research target industries and companies with IT service needs.2. Outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn.3. Present 7 Kings Code IT solutions (Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Custom Development).4. Qualify prospects based on pain points, IT infrastructure, and budgets.5. Schedule meetings for IT Sales Executives.6. Maintain lead data in CRM accurately.7. Provide feedback from the market to improve positioning.8. Work closely with marketing on outreach campaigns.9. Consistently hit outreach, qualification, and meeting-booked targets.Position Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related.2. Experience: 1–2 years in B2B IT sales or SaaS sales preferred.Required Skills 1. Strong English communication skills.2. Knowledge of IT services & SaaS products.3. Prospecting and lead qualification skills.4. Problem-solving and consultative sales approach.5. Ability to build rapport with technical and business stakeholders.6.
